The Human Resources Department aims to ensure that you can easily find the information you need to enhance your Sweeny ISD experience. We have created an HR Google Site through the button below. Your internal HR Google Site access is through your Sweeny ISD Gmail address. 

This site provides general information and guidance on benefits, leaves, and much more. There are also resources specifically for administrators to support the navigation of employee needs. We will update the site throughout the year and welcome any feedback you may have that can help us improve to better serve you.

Beginning teachers start at $59,800*. *Based on the 24-25 salary scale. Sweeny ISD is student-centered and offers state-of-the-art CTE, dual credit, and advanced academic programs. Not to mention we have one of the highest graduation rates in Brazoria County.
