Early Childhood Screenings
Sweeny ISD Special Education Department will hold screenings for children with suspected disabilities between the ages of 3-5 on predetermined dates throughout the school year. The children must qualify by state guidelines as having a specific learning disability, speech impairment, intellectual disability, emotional disturbance, Autism, physical impairment, auditory impairment, visual impairment and/or be considered deaf-blind.
