Brazoria County Health Department in Sweeny has closed and relocated to 203 Nevada Street in Brazoria. The new phone number is 979-798-5806. Immunization hours are from
8:00 am to 5:00 pm and they are open only on Wednesdays. Free Adult and Childhood immunizations are provided.
