Dear Sweeny ISD Community,
As we approach the 23-24 school year, I am excited to share some of Sweeny ISD’s highlights. I am proud that Sweeny ISD continues to be the District of Choice, scored as a ‘B’ district overall, and has grown in 75% of the scored areas. This is an excellent achievement for us, and we will continue to work hard to improve our district even further.
I want to emphasize that school safety is a top priority for SISD. Our campus and security personnel have worked hard to update our security protocols and safety procedures to ensure our students and staff are safe. If you have any questions regarding school safety, please feel free to visit our administrators, police officers, and front office personnel. We welcome feedback from the community regarding opportunities and concerns related to school safety for our Safety & Security Committee to provide recommendations representative of all Sweeny ISD Stakeholders.
Quality education is a top priority for me. I am excited for the upcoming school year of 23-24 and am committed to building on the foundation of quality educational experiences. I aim to support our students, faculty, staff, and community to help them grow and thrive. Let's work together to create an environment where everyone can achieve their full potential.
As Superintendent and parent of four Sweeny ISD students, I am grateful for our positive and supportive community. To ensure student success, I will use a systematic approach to needs assessment and allocation of resources. I look forward to serving the Sweeny ISD students, staff, and community. On behalf of our SISD School Board, we invite you to partner with us as we work diligently to provide every student in Sweeny ISD with the best education possible.
I wish you all a safe and blessed school year. GO BULLDOGS!
Best regards,
Daniel Fuller, Superintendent of Schools
