Candidate Eligibility Requirements
The Board of Trustees is comprised of seven positions. The seven trustees serve staggered three-year terms. All SISD residents who meet eligibility requirements specified in Board Policy (BBALEGAL) may run for a position in the Board of Trustee election. Two board positions will be up for election in May 2027. (Positions 2 and 6)
The first day to file for a place on the General Election ballot is TBA.
